Prices

Prices include 21 % Spanish VAT (IVA). The minimum order amount is €6. Calculator prices are estimates: the final price is confirmed in writing after we check the file, before any payment.

Order and payment

An order is accepted once we confirm price and lead time in writing and receive payment (card, Bizum or bank transfer).

Lead times

FDM: 24–72 h. Resin: 48–96 h. Rush: 24 h, subject to availability. Lead times are counted in working days from confirmation.

Delivery

Pick-up in Gijón by appointment or courier shipping at the cost shown before payment.

Right of withdrawal

Parts are made to the customer’s specifications, so the right of withdrawal does not apply (art. 103.c of Spanish Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007).

Warranty

If a part arrives damaged or does not match what was agreed, we reprint it or refund you. Let us know within 14 days of delivery with a photo.

Files and responsibility

The customer guarantees they have the right to manufacture the model sent. We may refuse orders for weapons, parts that infringe third-party rights or dangerous uses.
