What data we process and why

• Orders and quotes: name, email, phone, shipping address and the 3D files you send. Purpose: preparing, manufacturing, delivering and invoicing your order. Legal basis: performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps.
• Invoicing: tax details. Legal basis: legal obligation. Kept for the period required by tax law.
• Questions by WhatsApp or email: the data you give us. Legal basis: your consent.

3D files

Files are first analysed in your browser; we only receive them if you place the order. We use them only for your order, never share them with third parties and delete them automatically after 90 days.

Recipients

Providers needed to deliver the service: web hosting and storage (Cloudflare), courier companies for shipping and our accountant for invoicing. We do not sell your data.

Your rights

You can exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction and portability by writing to hola@hilonorte.es. You can also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
